







Rockview Farms milk is probably the most delicious-tasting milk you will ever drink. For three generations we've been making the freshest, most nutritious dairy products possible.
We are family owned and operated and one of the last dairies in Southern California to own our own cows and process, package and distribute our own milk.
Our milk comes primarily from Holstein cows, which average 3% milk fat. Milk is separated and standardized as fat free, low fat (1%), reduced fat (2%), and whole milk (3.5%). Because we have our own farms, we have a consistent supply of delicious-tasting milk that we guarantee comes from cows that have never been given growth hormones to stimulate milk production as most other dairies do.
All Rockview Farms milk is pasteurized, which means it is heated to a minimum of 161° for 15 seconds in order to destroy harmful bacteria. We don't use ultra-high temperature to extend shelf life like some other dairies do, however, preferring instead to process our milk at a lower temperature that ensures maximum nutrition and fresh taste. Rockview Farms milk is also homogenized, which means it is blended and emulsified, so the cream doesn't separate over time.
And, as required by U.S. law, it is fortified with vitamins A and D. To maintain the high quality of Rockview products, rigorous purity tests are performed at every step of the process to make sure the milk is pure and meets our exacting standards.
