Low Fat Granola

Serve this homemade granola with Rockview® Fat Free Organic Milk for an extra healthy breakfast treat.

Ingredients 4 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup nuts (sliced almonds or chopped walnuts)
2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup Rockview® 100% Pure Orange Juice
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup Rockview® Fat Free Organic Milk or Rockview® Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, blend oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together syrup, juice, and oil. Pour blended liquids over oatmeal mixture and stir thoroughly. Spread granola evenly onto a 15 x 12-inch cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice. Allow the granola to cool, then place in a large bowl and add dried cranberries. Add milk or yogurt when ready to serve.
