Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
This smoothie really does taste as good as it sounds. Makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert!
4 oz. frozen strawberries
1/4 cup Rockview® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp raspberry jam
1/2 cup Rockview® Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 1/2 cups Rockview® Whole Milk
2 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Add frozen banana and strawberries, cottage cheese, jam, and milk in a blender. Blend on low until strawberries are smooth, then blend on high for about 2 more minutes. Pour the smoothie into two glasses, then sprinkle one tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs on top of each smoothie.
