Yogurt Breakfast for Champions

If you enjoy yogurt with a bit of texture, this breakfast will surely become one of your favorites.

Ingredients 1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup Rockview® Milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup Rockview® Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
Maple syrup or honey (if desired)
1/4 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp nuts (almonds or walnuts)
1 tsp. dried cranberries
1/2 tsp. roasted pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
Chopped fresh mint (to taste)

In a medium bowl, blend together the oats, milk, chia seeds, yogurt, and sweetener, if desired. Top with berries, nuts, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, and a touch of chopped mint.
