Chocolate Avocado Recovery Smoothie

This incredibly tasty smoothie makes a great recovery drink or snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup Rockview® Chocolate Milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Honey to taste
Instructions

Simply place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency. To make a thinner smoothie, just add an extra 1/4 cup of Rockview® Chocolate Milk.
