White Milk Frosting

This versatile frosting is the perfect match for cakes, cookies, sweet breads, and cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Rockview® Butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Rockview® Whole Organic Milk
Instructions

Using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth. Mix in vanilla and 2 Tbsp Rockview® Whole Organic Milk. To achieve desired consistency, continue adding milk in small increments.
